Do you drink enough water? Tips for increasing your daily water intake.

There are many good reasons to drink water: It’s refreshing, and it helps your brain function, maintains energy levels, regulates body temperature, aids in digestion, and ultimately keeps your body healthy.  

It's also crucial for the health of our skin. Dehydrated skin is dull and lifeless, consistent water intake brightens our skin.

Here are some great suggestions from some of our customers after I posted this video on Facebook.  Thanks to all who commented.

Jill T. - I've found that drinking water first thing in the morning, actually helps me crave water more during the day. I keep a full bottle (refillable) of water in my bathroom at night and drink it first thing. After a night of sleep, my body is thirsty - I fill it with that water!

Julie B. - I drink water with limes even when I am not thirsty!!

Pat W. - I drink warm water with lemon juice in the morning which helps regulate my body and I have also found water/fruit infuser bottles to be an additional way to enjoy drinking water. This is an example:
