 In this week's video I talk about a home treatment that will restore dry, brittle nails.  It begins with 2 heaping teaspoons of coconut oil and a Vitamin E soft gel.  You can view the complete directions by watching this short video.

 After you've completed the 2 week treatment, your nails will be in better condition, and ready for nail polish.  Because your nails are healthier, they are a better surface for nail polish to adhere to.  But, if you have naturally have weak, split nails, they will need extra strength.  Our Nail Fitness is the perfect base coat for strengthening.  Why? Because it contains calcium, hydrolyzed wheat protein, gelatin, and hydrolyzed keratin protein.

 Here's how we recommend using the Nail Fitness.  

Day 1 - Apply 2 coats Nail Fitness

Day 2 - Apply 1 coat Nail Fitness

Day 4 - 1 more coat

Day 6 - 1 more coat

Day 8 - Take all polish off and do the coconut oil treatment.  

Day 9 - Begin again, following Day 1 instructions.

If you would like to wear colored polish, apply it after using the Nail Fitness, and follow with quick drying top coat.  On the next day, begin Day 2 steps and continue on until day 8.  By week 4, look down and appreciate your beautiful, healthy, natural nails.
